John Ernest Charles Rigby-Meth, age 80 of Murfreesboro died Wednesday March 14, 2012. He was a native of London England and was the son of the late, Max Will Rigby-Meth, and Phyllis Wills Rigby-Meth. Mr. Rigby-Meth was a veteran of, the 13Th Light Dragoons a regiment of the British Army, and retired Chief Warrant Officer Four with the United States Army after 23 years of service. After Military service, Mr. Rigby-Meth was a Logistic Engineer with General Dynamics Corporation. He was a member of the Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife of 42years, Hildegard Hofmann Rigby-Meth; children, Barbara Cogley and Max Rigby-Meth both of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Veronica Hopper and husband James of Atlanta, Amanda Eggleston of Murfreesboro; great-grandchildren; James David Hopper and Mia Hopper, Jada Rose Parrish; siblings, Pauline Vincent, Dorothy Haines, Doug Rigby, David Rigby-Meth, Leslie Rigby-Meth Geoffry Rigby-Meth all of Australia, and Marian Stucki of Switzerland.
