James David Pillow, age 58 of LaVergne passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015. He was a native of Davidson County and the son of the late James Howard and Helen Charlene Osborne Pillow. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Osborne. Funeral service will be 11:00am Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Amy Pillow, daughter, Jessica Pillow of LaVergne, sisters, Helen Murphy, Sandra Hardaway, Mary Ann (Jack) Phelps, brother, Mike (Teresa) Pillow, all of Nashville, numerous nieces, nephews, and many other loving family and friends. Mr. Pillow was retired from Cummings Signs and Joslin Signs after 30 years of service.
