JAMES W. DANIEL, age 72 of Murfreesboro, Tennessee died June 10, 2008 at Alvin York Veterans Administration Center. He was born in Kansas City, Mo. and was the son of the late Elmer & Edna Helm Daniel. He is survived by his wife, Donna Marie Daniel; daughters Faith (Peter) Marie Hybert, Wheaton, Illinois; Beth Ann Daniel, Murfreesboro ; Donnelle (Thomas) McKnight of California; Son, Joel (Michele) Robert Daniel of North Dakota, and James (Misty) Wesley Daniel, Jr. of Oregon; sister, Barbara (Ted Bealer) Slater of Mo.; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 4 pm Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with full military rites. Visitation with the family will be from 3-4 pm Saturday, June 28, 2008. Mr. Daniel was a veteran of the United States Navy serving in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Methodist Church and retired as the Retail Manager of the Navy Exchange.
