Mr. James Cline, age 88, of Smyrna, TN passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018. He was born in Batesville, OH to the late Sylvan and Mildred English Cline. Mr. Cline proudly served his country in the United States Army. He then worked for Ford Motor Company until his retirement. Mr. Cline attended St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Northville, MI. He was a life member of VFW Post #8422 in Smyrna and a member of the American Legion #396 in Garden City, MI.

Mr. Cline is survived by his son, Lee Cline of Wilmington, DE; daughters, Ann VanSickel of Tucson, AZ and Rhonda Simms of Murfreesboro, TN; longtime companion, Diane Murray; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kang Cline.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Santieu Funeral Home in Garden City, MI. Burial will take place Monday, June 4, 2018 at 12:30pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI.
