JAMES LEROY BREWER, age 62, of Smyrna, Tn. died Friday, April 24, 2009 at his home. He was born in Waynesboro, Tn. and was the son of the late Clyde & Lois Nutt Brewer. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jackie Brewer; son Chris Brewer and his wife, Judy of Smyrna; daughter, Kim Brewer Sharp and her husband Jim of Smyrna; sister, Julia Smith of Waynesboro; grandchildren, Christie ( Trevor) Hayes, Caleb ( Candice) Farrar, Gabe Brewer, Ben Sharp and Jacob Sharp; great grandchildren, Aaliyah Leaver, Anthony Leaver, Austin Farrar, Alyssa Farrar, Kayla Hayes, Vonna Hayes and Bailey Farrar; sister in law and her husband, Carolyn and Tom Bartkus. Funeral services 1 pm Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Chris Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation with the family 4-7 pm Sunday. Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Justice. He was a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader and a servant of God. He was a Business Owner and member of the Rock Springs Church.
