JACKIE LAMAR GENTRY, age 56 of Smyrna died Wednesday July 29, 2009. He was a native of South Carolina and was a member of Giles Creek Baptist Church. He worked for Beech Construction. Funeral Service 1:00 PM Saturday at Giles Creek Baptist Church with Brother, Terry Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00PM to 8:00PM Friday at Giles Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Gentry; children, Mindy LouElla Barrett of Smyrna, and Randy Lamar Gentry of Nashville; grandchildren, Fionna, Luna, Jack, Leland, Carmen, Christina; parents, Leslie and Dorothy Nicholson Gentry; sisters, Lynette Barrett of Smyrna, and Linda Denny of Shelbyville.
