Jack Ramby, age 82 of Murfreesboro, formerly of Springhill, Florida died Tuesday at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. He was born July 6, 1930 in Dayton, OH, a son of the late John and Georgina Ramby, Jr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother James Ramby and a sister Lois Montgomery. Mr. Ramby was a member of the Catholic Church, a United States Naval Veteran and prior to retirement he co-owned Complete Control Heating and Air in Dayton, Ohio.. Survivors include his wife Shirley Ramby; children and their spouses Christine M. (Jerry) Spinner, Auburntown; Joseph L. (Marie) Ramby, Sevierville; David M. (Eliana) Ramby, Indian Land, SC; Jackie A. Ramby, Dayton, OH; Teresa A. Ramby, Edgartown, MA; Angela C. (Scott) Telford, Murfreesboro; a brother Michael (Joyce) Ramby, Vandalia, OH; two sisters Judy (Bill) Schorr, Albuquerque, NM and Carol (Tex) Pollard, Dayton, OH; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 until 10:30 am at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with a mass of Christian burial following at 11:00 am at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Fr.
