J R Creasy, age 50 of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. He was a native of Hinsdale, IL and the son of the late Billy Wayne Creasy. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Mike Creasy.

Graveside service 1:00pm Saturday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Shannon Edwards will officiate.

He is survived by his mother, Alta Hartman Creasy of Smyrna, siblings, Charles Dickson, Sandy Holmes, both of Clifton, Sissy Amagliani, Kelly Hood, both of Murfreesboro, Angel Duke of Lebanon and numerous nieces and nephews including caregiver, Kandice Duncan Short.
