IRENE MEYER COLEMAN, age 73, of Smyrna, Tennessee died December 3, 2008 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tn. She was born in Long Island, New York and was the daughter of the late Albert Alonzo & Irene Margaret Stell Poole, Sr. She is survived by her two daughters, Pamela (Ronald) Hesch of Smyrna and Katherine (Michael) Clark of Biloxi, Ms.; five grandchildren, Christopher (Jenna) Hesch, Robert Rosario, Ryan Rosario, Sarah Hesch, Kayleigh Clark and Nicholas Clark; great grandchild, Jada Hesch. Memorial services will be at 1 pm Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Pastor Ian Sears officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in the Sunset Hill Cemetery in Valdosta, Ga. Mrs. Coleman was married to the late Bert H. Meyer and the late Robert Coleman. She was also preceded in death by a son, the late Robert Meyer. She was a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church and a homemaker. Memorials in memory of Mrs. Coleman may be made to the Charity of your choice.
