INGRID HILDEGARD GUTHRIE, age 63 of Smyrna died on January 4, 2011 after a long battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. She was a native of Berlin, Germany and the daughter of the late Hildegard Dors and son Christian. Memorial service will be 3:00pm Friday at Rutherford County Baptist Church. Pastor Paul Chisgar will officiate. Inurnment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie C. Guthrie, sister, Renate Williams of Fort Myers, FL, brothers, Karl Heinz Dors and Manfred Dors both of Berlin, Germany, brothers-in-law, Donald Guthrie and Johnnie (Janice) Guthrie, sister-in-law, Peggy Footitt, nephews, Daniel (Gina Schwan) Williams, Michael Guthrie, nieces, Katy Footitt and Zoie Williams and step daughter, Claudia Laux of Bad Breisig, Germany. Mrs. Guthrie was a member of Rutherford County Baptist Church and was a Library Processor for Ingram Book Company.
