Horace Ray Bell, age 93 of LaVergne died Thursday January 9, 2025. He was a native of Medon, TN  and was preceded in death by his parents, Truman G. Bell, and Lola Davis Bell; sisters, June Davis, Lemual Bell; son, Douglas Wayne Bell, and daughter, Janet Marie Keenan Caruthers. Mr. Bell was a triplet and was preceded in death by his sisters at birth, Iris Mae Bell and Doris Faye Bell.

He was a member of LaVergne First Baptist now La Vergne Community Church. Mr. Bell was a retired MSGT with the United States Air Force and was also retired from the Lee Jean Company.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years,  Evelyn Bell; children, Robert Allan Keenan and wife Kelly, Danny Keenan, Larry Ray Bell and wife Sabrina, Richard Dale Keenan and wife Meredith, Christina Swafford and husband Chris; 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday January 14th 10:00AM until 12:00 Noon at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be Tuesday January 14th 12Noon at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
