HILDA LENOR BOYD age 72 of Murfreesboro, died Thursday December 16, 2010. Ms. Boyd is survived by her daughter Dora (Dane) McCary of Nashville, her sons Dusty (Julie) Boyd, Tim (Brenda) Boyd, John Boyd, her mother Hilda Bowen all of Murfreesboro., three grandchildren Jonathan, Patricia, Julia, and four great grandchildren Neveah, Patience, Jonathan Jr., and Cayleb. She is also survived by two sisters Valerie Smothers of KY., and Doris (Ken) Sweetman of Murfreesboro. Ms. Boyd is preceded in death by her husband Fred Boyd, her father Clientie Bowen, son Glen Boyd, and her sister Audrey Michael. Visitation will be Tuesday December 21, 2010 from 4:00 until celebration of life service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Gary Dyer will officiate.
