Herman Eugene Turner, age 90 of Murfreesboro died Monday October 17, 2011. He was born in Iowa Falls, Iowa and was the son of the late Esker and Hilda Hutchins Turner. Mr. Turner lived most of his life in Muncie, IN where he was a member of the Eden Church of Christ and was a Carpenter. Mr. Turner served his country as a Marine during World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty-six years Orlena Myers Turner. Mr. Turner is survived by his children, David Turner and wife Cinda of Plymouth, MI, Richard Turner and wife Gail of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Andrea Suzanne Turner (Kevin Coleman), Michael Turner, Rod Turner, Ryan Turner (Tina), five great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
