Helen M. Scott, 84, peacefully passed away on April 23, 2013 surrounded by four of her closest and dearest friends. Helen was a veteran of the US Army, serving her country in Germany during the Korean War. She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Burley Ray Scott, and her parents, Hugh H. and Edna Fralick Markham. She is survived by her only child Kenneth Ray and wife Sherry. Helen was an avid bowler, who enjoyed participating in tournaments across the country. For those who knew her, Helen will be remembered as an unrivaled, spirited debater of many topics who expressed her opinions and ideas in a profound and unique manner. She will also be remembered for her generosity and big heart by those she held dear. Ken and Sherry extend their heartfelt appreciation to Helen's dedicated friends who provided her with love, companionship, and care throughout the years.
