HELEN RHEA DRAUGHON JONES, age 68 of Smyrna died Friday, July 10, 2009 at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital. She was born in Robertson County, Tn. and was the daughter of the late Robert and Nancy Poole Draughon. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Jones of Smyrna and son Eric (Melissa) Douglas Jones of Smyrna; grandchildren, Tyler, Brandon, and Ashley McCormack; brother, Winston Draughon of Portland, Tn. and Jerry Draughon of Mexico; sisters, Faye Couch of White House, Tn. , Anita Crabtree of Franklin, Ky., Bobbye Merville of Bellevue, Tn., Sylvia Gaineous of Greenbrier, Tn. and Connie Hill of Ashland City, Tn. Mrs. Jones was cremated at her request. She was married to the late William Douglas Jones and was preceded in death by her sister, Delores Dobbins and her brothers, Kenneth & Donald Draughon.
