HAZEL POTTS DOLLAR, age 68 of Smyrna died Saturday, February 26, 2011. She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late Barney and Daisy Mears Potts. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Clyde Potts, Dorris Potts, Dayton Potts, Charles Ray Potts, Robert Earl Potts, Barney Eugene Potts, sister, Roberta Ann Lambert, and Mary Frances Potts. Funeral Service will be 11:00am Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Pastor Carlos Saddler will officiate. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Dollar of Nashville, Cynthia Cogdal of Murfreesboro, grandchildren, Chris Carpenter, Brandon Bostic, Max Coggin, Jeremy Caldwell, Tabitha Sullivan, and Jessica Dement, great grandchildren, EMeilia Walker and Marley Carpenter, brothers, Franklin Potts of Smyrna, William J. Potts of Smyrna, Joel Potts of Murfreesboro, sisters, Betty Victory of Smyrna and Joyce Ormson of Minnesota. Hazel was retired from the Tennessee Mat Company and was a member of The Pentecostals of Smyrna. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
