REV. HARVEY C. MEEK, age 92, of Smyrna, Tennessee died Wednesday at StoneCrest Medical Center. He was born in Mayfield, Ky. and was the son of the late Joe & Florence Fagan Meek. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Mitchell Meek. He is survived by his son, Rev. Ronnie Meek and his wife, Margaret of Smyrna; grandchildren, Isaac Meek of Smyrna, Arwen Jones of Lavergne and Valerie Meek of Smyrna; two great grandchildren, Dylan Elise Meek and Lucy Jane Meek. Funeral services 10 am Saturday at Smyrna Assembly of God with Rev. Ronnie Meek officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family 4-8 pm Friday at Smyrna Assembly of God, 14119 Old Nashville Highway, Smyrna, Tn. Rev. Meek was a retired minister having been the Pastor of the First Assembly of God in Millersville, Tennessee form 1954-1971 and at Smyrna Assembly of God from 1976-1988.
