HARVEY MASTIN, age 75 of Smyrna died Saturday May 23, 2009. He was a native of Mobile, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Roberts Mastin, children, John, Deborah and Harvey Mastin, Jr.and his parents, John Gabriel and Janie Elizabeth Avinger Mastin. Mr. Mastin was retired from the United States Air Force, and a Professional Bass Fisherman. He is survived by his children, Stephen Mastin, Cathy Winninger, Leslie Hardcastle, Dennis Mastin, Penny Blakely all of Illinois, Michelle (Jeff) Dwyer, and Rhonda Mastin both of Smyrna; grandchildren, Hollie, Michael, Diana, Mandy, Brad, Ariel, Kristopher, Kayla, Justin, Miranda, Brennan, Nick, Zack, Colin; great-grandchildren Hunter and Isabella. Visitation will be 2:00PM to 6:00PM Sunday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be 11:00AM Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. www.woodfinchapel.com
