Harold Dean Allen, age 74 of Smyrna, TN passed away on Thursday, April 11 ^th , 2019. He was born in Jackson County, TN to the late Daniel and Effie Bean Allen. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Mr. Allen loved music, singing, and most of all spending time with his family.

Mr. Allen is survived by his wife, Joyce Mays Allen; sons, Greg Allen and wife Cindy, Gary Allen and wife Sherri, Larry Allen, and Joe Phillips; grandchildren, Christina Henderson and husband Brian, Chelsea Marshall and husband Robbie, Lauren Allen, Lyssa Allen, Douglas Gibson and wife Tammy, AJ Martinson, Johnathan Martinson, and Logan, Kylie, and Kaitlynn Drapkin; great-grandchild, Matthew Marshall; and siblings Roy Allen, Gene Allen, Olin Allen, and Joyce Jones.

Visitation with the family will be ­­­­­­­­Saturday, April 13 ^th , 2019 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with funeral services following at 3:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Mapleview Cemetery.
