HALINA Z. LOWE age 78 of Arrington, died Sunday at her residence. A native of Luck, Poland she was the daughter of the late Karol and Natasha Zielinska. She is preceded by her husband Bay Lowe. She is survived by her daughter Margarita (Johnny) Gann, three grandchildren: Michelle (Thomas) McEwen, Christina (Simon) Gartung, and Bobby (Becky) Gann all of Arrington, Six great grandchildren: Jessica McEwen, Daniel Pharris, Alison Pharris, Connor Gartung, Brendan Gann, and Brody Gann, Two sisters: Maia Kuhn of New Jersey, and Olga Ortiz of Colorado, many nieces and nephews.
