Guillermo Jorge Urteaga, age 77 of Louisville, KY passed away on December 13, 2019. He was born in Lima, Peru to the late Guillermo Urteaga Chavez and Maria Valdivia-Urteaga. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Paula Hartzell Urteaga.

Mr. Urteaga is survived by his children, William Wade Urteaga of Platte City, MO, Kristen  Maria Urteaga of Christiana, TN, and Adam Benjamin Urteaga of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Michael, Joshua, and Bobby Urteaga; sisters, Rosa Boza, Teresa Ycaza, Alicia Collao, and Doris Gonzales;  and many cousins, nieces, and nephews in Peru.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM with Jeff Adcock officiating. Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery.
