Glenn C. Lee, age 86, of Murfreesboro, died Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the Tennessee Veterans Home. Mr. Lee was a native of Doctors Inlet, Fla. He was the son of the late Leon C. and Anna Ryan Lee. He was also preceded in death by his first wife; Evelyn Haynes Lee who died in 1976. Funeral Services will be at 10 AM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rev. Nathan Hale and Rev. David Ash will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with full military honors. . Mr. Lee is survived by his wife; Mary Ruth Hill Lee, Sons and Daughters in law; James F. and Connie Lee of Olympia, Washington, Benny and Mary Lee of Huntsville, Alabama, Sam C. Lee of Lascassas, Buddy and Kaye Hill of Murfreesboro, Daughters and Sons in law; Clara and Ron Mattheson of Exeter, N.H., Elaine and Bill Barber of Murfreesboro, Brothers; Donald Lee of Abbington, Va., Kenneth Lee of Jacksonville Fla., Sister; Roweena Mason of Grand Juction Col., grandchildren; James and Matthew Hill, Kathie Wyatt, Rachel Brown, Jessica Lee, Sharon Pruitt, Shannon DGastiano, Ron Mattheson, Mandi Chapman,Jennifer Stringer, Baxter and Alexandria Lee and Delany Snook, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Mr. Lee was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church and was retired from the U.S. Air Force and Textron. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
