GLADYS MILLER WADDELL, age 94, of Murfreesboro died Monday, October 19, 2009. She was a native of Christiana, TN and the daughter of the late Alex and Lola Jane Johnson Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Waddell who died in 2000. Graveside service will be 3:00pm Wednesday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Dr. Philip Alsup will officiate. She is survived by her daughter, Janie Alsup of Murfreesboro, sister, Dorothy Summar of Spring City, TN, two grandchildren, Philip Alsup of Murfreesboro, Kim Smith of Rockvale, four great grandchildren, Siena, Zack, and Paris Alsup, and Lauren Elizabeth Smith. Mrs. Waddell attended Christiana High School and was a member of the Baptist Church. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
