GERTRUDE MAE LAWRENCE McGLOHON age 78, went to be with the Lord, Jesus Christ, on Monday April 12, 2010. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Eula Estes Lawrence, Sr. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Hobert Lawrence and Lonnie Lawrence, Jr. Mrs. McGlohon is survived by her devoted husband, Logan H. McGlohon ; sons, Tommy (Gay) Dement of Antioch and Donny (Nancy) Dement of Murfreesboro; daughter, Suzy (Frank) Copeland of Smyrna; sister, Eva (Robert) Smith of Murfreesboro; step-daughters, Janet (Gary) Klaus of Tualatin Oregon and Christy (J. R.) Pate of Chatsworth, GA.; grandson, Nathan (Ashley) Copeland of Murfreesboro; granddaughters, Erica Copeland of Hermitage and Jennifer Stalvey of San Francisco, CA; one great-granddaughter, Allie Kate Copland; many step-grandchildren and many great-step-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10:00AM Thursday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ron Hardeman officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. McGlohon was a member of Scenic Drive Baptist Church. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Scenic Drive Baptist at 6516 Scenic Drive Murfreesboro, TN 37129 in memory of Mrs. McGlohon.
