Geraldine H. Johnson, age 94, of Smyrna, TN, died Saturday, May 27, 2017. A native of Hickman County, TN, she was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Frances "Fannie" Clark Holland; husband, John Franklin Johnson; three step-sons, Fred, Julian and Lytle Johnson; four sisters; and three brothers.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 12:00 noon at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna. Brother James Lively will officiate. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her daughters, Rita Ann Cathey and Gerry Cantrell and her husband Jack all of Smyrna; grandchildren, Jason Allen Cantrell and his wife Lollie, Melissa Renee Gannon and her husband, Tyler and Jonathan Scott Cantrell all of Smyrna, and Jason Ernest Cathey and his wife Mary of Knoxville, TN; great grandchildren, Matthew, Kelsey, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth and Emma; great great-grandchild, Adrian Cantrell; grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Fred, Julian and Lytle Johnson; along with many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Johnson was a member of Smyrna Church of Christ. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.

Memorials in memory of Mrs. Johnson can be made to Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna.
