Gerald Wildes, age 67, of Nashville, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014. He was a native of Haverhill, Massachusetts and the son of the late Hartley Raymond Wildes. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Sister Pam Nosbusch will officiate. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Wildes of Nashville, mother, Sarah Hodge Wildes of Manchester, children, Jade Summers of GA, Tina Wildes of Manchester, Dona Smith of Chattanooga, brother, Hartley Wildes, Jr of Smyrna, sister, Sue Wildes of Manchester, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and his loving dog and baby girl, Sasha. Mr. Wildes was a Quality Control Engineer with ATI until his retirement. Special thanks to Dr. Jack Erter and Staff with Tennessee Oncology and Gentiva Hospice.
