George H. Mefford, age 94 of Murfreesboro died Sunday July 14, 2014. He was a native of Thompson Station and was the son of the late, William and Bess Hicks Mefford. Mr. Mefford was a member of Mt. Moriah Masonic Lodge in Murfreesboro, TN, and a Methodist. He had retired from Arnold Engineering Development Center in Tullahoma. He is survived by son, George Stanley Mefford; grandchildren, Stan, Adam, Ryan, David and Warren; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Lilly Beth.
