Gary L. Vanhook, age 54, of Smyrna, TN passed away Saturday, October 1, 2011 at his home. A native of Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of Vencon and Zena Watkins Vanhook. Mr. Vanhook is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Miller Vanhook; sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Steve Placke of Harrison, OH; and two nephews, Kyle and Tyler Placke of Harrison, OH; along with lots of loving family and friends. Mr. Vahook was of the Baptist faith and employed as an inside sales engineer for 33 years with Schneider Electric, formerly known as Square D. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 12:00PM to 8:00PM at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna. Funeral services will be held at Breitenbach McCoy-Leffler Funeral home in Middletwon, OH. Arrangements are incomplete. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Cemetery in Trenton, OH.
