GARTH FORT FREEZE, age 78, of Franklin and formerly of Murfreesboro, died December 30, 2010. Mr. Freeze was a native of Murfreesboro, and son of the late William R. and Lorene Damron Freeze. Private graveside services will be Tuesday at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Rich Irwin officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro. Mr. Freeze is survived by his wife, Jacque Irwin Freeze; one daughter, Karla Freeze of Mattoon,IL; two sons, Greg Freeze and his wife Susan of Franklin, and Garwin Freeze and his wife Maria of Prosper, TX; two sisters, Madolyn Freeze of Brentwood and Jane Dyer and her husband Jeff of Nashville; and four grandchildren. Mr. Freeze was a former insurance executive and retired from C.A.T. Financial of Nashville.
