FREDERICK JOHN FRITZ MEYER age 68 of Shelbyville, died Friday December 14, 2012. A native of Columbus, Ohio he was the son of the late Harley and Milda Schneider Meyer. Mr. Meyer is survived by his wife of 13 years, Patti Meyer, children, Son John (Linda) Meyer of OH., Daughter Linda (Carl) Griggs, Son Erich Meyer both of Murfreesboro, Son Jeffrey Ward of OH., Daughter Karen (Don) Susan PA., Son Eric (Ann Marie) Smith of TX., 10 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, his Brother Harley (Wendy) Meyer of Va., and his three Bassett Hounds, Ms. Daisy, Sadie, and Blu. Visitation will be Saturday from 2:00 until time of service at 4:00 pm Saturday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel. Bob Taylor will officiate.
