Mr. McBride is survived by his daughter, Barbara Weaver and her husband Dennis of Antioch, TN; son, James McBride and wife Bethany of Mt. Juliet, TN; three grandchildren, Serena Diwan, Keri Diwan, and Alexis Weaver; mother, Christine McBride of McAllen, TX; two sisters, Mary Nabours of McAllen, TX and LouAnn Johnson of Murfreesboro, TN; and brother, Adrian Day of Nashville. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur McBride.

Visitation with the family will be Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Friday, March 11, 2016 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 11:00am at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Middle Tennessee State Veterans' Cemetery on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 2:00pm.
