Frankie Diann Melton age 49 of Smyrna, passed away Sunday June 8, 2014. A native of Davidson County, she is preceded in death by her father; Jerry Wayne Summers, a brother; Robby Lewey, and her grandmother; Darlene Pope. Mrs. Melton is survived by her husband of 30 years; Billy D. Melton, son; Jason B. Melton of Cookeville, daughters; Amanda N. Melton of Detroit, Michigan, Jessica Marie Moore and her husband Justin of Smyrna, two grandchildren; Blake Michael Dalton Horner, and Brooklyn Mae Diann Horner. She is also survived by her mother Janie Hester of Nashville, and a sister; Cindy Humphres of Nashville. Visitation will be 5:00pm until time of service at 7:00pm Thursday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna.
