FRANCES PIERATT age 83 of Murfreesboro died Monday December 14, 2009. She was a native of Putnam County and was preceded in death by her parents, Andy Thurman Willie Belle Webb West; sisters, Mary Helen West, Thelma Lucille Mills; brothers, Billie James West and Taft C. West. Mrs. Pieratt opened the first Shoneys in Murfreesboro in the mid 1960s and worked for Shoneys over 20 years. After Shoneys Mrs. Pieratt worked at the City Caf for 16 years. She was very well known by her way of talking to people and making them laugh by her many jokes. Funeral service will be 7:00PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Joe Koeing officiating. She is survived by daughter Tammy Talbott and her husband Dale; son, Louis Pieratt and his companion Penny Tonlinson; grandchildren, Blake Kelly, Mitch Boggess, Mary Talbott, Chad and Casey Pieratt; great granddaughter; Lillie Belle Kelly; sisters, Joyce Cruse, Brenda Adams, Glenda Pugh; brothers, Ralph West, Donnie West.
