Frances Keller McPeak, age 83, of Murfreesboro, formerly of Smyrna died Tuesday, August 6, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Lola Duke Keller. She was also preceded in death by her husband Dewitt McPeak. Funeral service will be 10:00am Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her sons, George McPeak and his wife Edna of Arlington, TX, David McPeak of Murfreesboro, daughter, Jennie Jenkins and her husband Russell of Brentwood, brother, George Keller and his wife Carolyn of Santa Rosa, CA, grandchildren, Jason (Stephanie) McPeak, Stephanie McPeak, Drew Jenkins and Brett Jenkins, great grandchildren, Brooke Bickle, Ashlyn McPeak and Paxtyn McPeak. Mrs. McPeak was a member of Florence Church of Christ and a retired Administrative Assistant with the Stones River National Battlefield. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in her memory.
