FRANCES LENORA ALEXANDER age 81 of Christiana, died Wednesday June 6, 2012. A native of Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Maynard and Nora Lee Jenkins Campbell. Mrs. Alexander is also preceded in death by her husband Billy Charles Alexander, and a brother Malcolm Campbell. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, with Brother Tony Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Alexander is survived by her daughters Shirley Bell and her husband David of Christiana, Betty Ray of Nashville, son Charles Alexander of Nashville, her six grandchildren, David Bell Jr., Stephanie Creasy, Nina Mothershed, Ricky Williams, Sheree Alexander, Alexandria Madison, 9 great grandchildren, and brother Luther Campbell of Smyrna. Mrs. Alexander was of the Church of Christ faith. Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 pm Thursday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel.
