Florence B. Tucker, age 88 of Smyrna, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011. She was a native of Smyrna, TN and the daughter of the late Lee Roy and Emma Langrill Blansett. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Thomas Tucker, daughter, Billie Shepard, and grandchild, Carey Shepard. Funeral service will be 3:00pm Thursday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Bro. Bill Thomason will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her daughter, Jessie Beaumont of Smyrna, grandchildren, Darryl Graham, Donnie Holt, Cindy Shepard, Ryan Anderson, great grandchildren, Brennan Graham, Chad Shepard, and Chastity Shepard. Mrs. Tucker was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lavergne, a small machine operator for Greer, and a homemaker.
