Faye Todd Reed, age 83 of Murfreesboro, died Friday, March 9, 2012. She was a native of Cannon County and the daughter of the late Stephen Alexander Cap and Lester Fowler Todd. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Bro. Wayne P. Lankford will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Keith K. Reed, son, Dwight T. Reed and his wife Nancy, daughters, Diane Reed and Angelica Denise Reed, grandchildren, Lt. Col. D. Todd Reed and his wife Karen, LeeAnne Rucker-Reed, LeAnn Ryan Morgan and her husband Joe, Jenny Ryan Wilkes and her husband Bill, Tonee Wolf and her husband John, Geri Smith and her husband Shannon, Jolynn Hester and her husband Shawn, Keith Kenyon Reed, II, Natalie Faye Popplewell and her husband Andy, 15 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Walker Todd, Stephen Todd, Tommy Irons, Joe Morgan, Bill Wilkes, Lt. Col. D. Todd Reed, and Kenyon Reed. East Main Street Church of Christ elders and deacons will serve as honorary pallbearers. Mrs. Reed was a member of East Main Street Church of Christ, a graduate of MTSU, and retired as an auto underwriter with State Farm after 37 and a half years. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. 615-893-5151.
