FAY PARSONS OGG, age 77 of Murfreesboro died May 7, 2009 at Adams Place. She was a native of Christiana the daughter of the late Harry C. and Myla Taylor Parsons. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Bro. Wayne Langford officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery in Christiana. She is survived by her husband, Lt. Col. Robert D. Ogg , Sr. US Army retired; son and daughter-in-law, Brig. Gen. David and Pam Ogg of Sterling Heights MI; grandsons, Jason and Stuart Ogg of Murfreesboro. Mrs. Ogg was a member of East Main Church of Christ. She was a 1948 graduate of Christiana High School, and received her BS Degree from MTSU in 1952. The family would like to say a special thanks to Dr. Steve Odom and the staff at Adams Place. Memorials may be made to the Jesse C. Beesley Animal Humane Foundation in her memory.
