Evelyn Charlene Kerrick, Murfreesboro, TN, age 76, passed away on September 4, 2017. Daughter of the late Everett and Mildred Owens, she is survived by her husband, George Kerrick; children David Brown Jr. of Brentwood, Andrew Brown of Murfreesboro, Michelle  and husband Connan Jones  of McMinnville, Angela Pettus of Lakeland , Fl, and Shawn Kerrick of Webster City , Iowa; grandchildren Jeremy Brown of Gadsden, Al, Hayley, Phillip and Forrest Brown of Murfreesboro, Garrett Jones of Knoxville, TN, Alex and Walt Jones of McMinnville, and Danielle Vickery of Lakeland , Fl; and two great grandchildren.

Charlene  was a medical transcribing secretary at Middle Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinic under Dr. Alex Heffington, secretary at Central Middle School, co-owner of Westgate Wines and Liquors, owner of Charley's Restaurant on Music Row in Nashville, and manager of Southern Estate Liquidators. At the time of her death, she was co-owner of Kerrick Antiques and Collectables and Kerrick Associates Realty Holdings.

Visitation will be at Woodfin Memorial Chapel,  Friday, September 8th from 11am  to 1pm. Funeral service will be at Woodfin Memorial Chapel at 1pm Friday Sept 8th with Milton Stanley officiating followed by interment at Evergreen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4825 Trousdale Dr., Suite 220, Nashville, TN, 37220 in Charlene's name.
