Eva Jean Huffman, age 76, of Smyrna, TN went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 5, 2016. A native of Goodletsville, TN she was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Emma Hunt.

Mrs. Huffman is survived by her children, Patrica Forkum and her husband Greg of Smyrna, Faye Porter of Hebron, IN, James Caudill and William Caudill both of Whitescreek, TN; many grandchildren and great-grandchilren; brothers, Charles Hunt Jr. of Lebanon, TN and Tommy Hunt of Hendersonville, TN; aunt, Nora Mai Burfield of White House, TN; along with much loving extended family.

Mrs. Huffman was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. She was retired from Human Resources for the city of Nashville. Mrs. Huffman enjoyed quilting and gardening and she never met a stranger. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A memorial service will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna. Brother Ron Caldwell will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the chapel.
