Eugene Dale Cloud, age 66 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Monday July 15, 2013. A native of Burlington, IA, he was the son of the late Dale Eugene and Adelene Mildred Dowell Cloud. Mr. Cloud is survived by his wife of 47 years, Diana Christenson Cloud; sons, Kevin Cloud of Nashville, TN and Todd Cloud of Fresno, CA; grandchildren, Kenneth Cloud, Wendy Aguilar, Darren Joe, Sidney Cloud and Jeannie Cloud; mother in law, Bonnie Christenson; brothers and sisters in law, Danny and Karen Christenson, Carlene and Earl Shoafstall, Tootie and Ed Cunningham, and Diane Christenson. Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Brother Ron Caldwell and Donald J. Cunningham officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Mr. Cloud was a graduate of Valley High School in West Des Moines and was a Seabee in the U.S. Navy. He served in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968. He was a mason, a member of the Tennessee Patriot Guard Riders, and a life member of the VFW in Burlington, IA.
