ERNEST PERRY age 91 of Murfreesboro, died Monday September 14, 2009. A native of Cannon County, he was the son of the late William Albert and Lila Brandon Perry. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Dr. Craig Martindale officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Perry is survived by his wife of 63 years, Frances Bartlett Perry. He was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters. Mr. Perry was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church for 62 years. He was a WWII Navy veteran and retired from the VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro in the Medical Administration Department after 40 years of service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
