ERMA JAVES, age 91 of Murfreesboro died Tuesday at home. She was a native of Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania; Mrs. Javes was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Javes a son, Douglas Javes and her parents Austin and Edna Templeton Pursell. She was a member of Barfield Baptist Church and a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Javes is survived by her sons, Don Javes and wife Helen of Murfreesboro, Richard Javes and wife Ruth of Iowa, and Dean Javes and wife Glady of Green Bay Wisconsin; brother, Ronald Pursell of Pennsylvania and sister, Marilyn Bigley of New Jersey; five grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
