ERLINE LEWIS BARNES, age 80, of Nashville, died December 31, 2011. Mrs. Barnes was a native of Christiana, TN, and daughter of the late Sam Wayne and Fannie Ruth Beasley Lewis. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:30 AM with Jeff Adcock officiating. Burial will be in the Miller Cemetery, Christiana. Mrs. Barnes is survived by sons, Larry (Missy) Barnes of Hermitage, and Jerry (Pat) Barnes of Radcliff, KY; a brother, Wayne (Katherine) Lewis of Christiana; a sister, Freeda Kitchens of Donelson; grandchildren, Cara Barnes and Crystal Bradley; great grandson, Isaiah Bradley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Linas Milton Barnes; and sisters, Geraldine Lewis and Mae Frances Lewis. Mrs. Barnes attended The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and was a retired insurance executive. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
