Emma Mae Thomas Brown passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23 at the age of 97. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Brown and is survived by her son Larry Brown (wife Shannon) and her daughter Linda Butts (husband Joel) and grandchildren Emily and Ethan. Born in Indiana, she was a long-time resident of Nashville where for many years she worked at Lipscomb University in the business office. The last church she attended was the Vultee Church of Christ in Nashville.

The family will hold a private graveside ceremony in Murfreesboro. In lieu of flowers, those who wish to make a memorial gift may do so at 1231ministries.org/donate which helps support ministry work in Ukraine.
