EMILY RIERSON MARCHMAN age 91 of Murfreesboro, TN formerly of Iowa City, Iowa, died Tuesday Dec. 9, 2008. Born in the St. Vrain Community in Curry County, New Mexico, she was the daughter of the late George Madison and Alpha Omega Jackson Rierson. Services will be 11:00AM Saturday Dec. 20, 2008 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Steve Decker officiating. Burial and graveside services will be Tuesday Dec. 30, 2008 at Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona, Iowa. Mrs. Marchman is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Georgia and Carl Buckner of Murfreesboro, TN, sons and daughters-in-law, James Nathan and Gloria Marchman of Iowa City, Iowa and Herb and Karen Marchman of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Marchman was married to the late Frank James Marchman and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Emily Ruth Marchman. Mrs. Marchman was a member of the Nazarene Church and a homemaker. Visitation will be one hour before service at WOODFIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL.
