Elva Lee Jaco Rogers, age 87, of Murfreesboro, TN died Friday March 21, 2014. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Nuck B. and Addie Lee Allen Jaco. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ordie Fate Rogers; brothers, Phillip, Edmond, R. Q., and Doc Jaco; sister, Gladys Jamison; and son-in-law, Kenneth Jenkins. Mrs. Rogers is survived by her son, Roy (Dottie) Rogers; daughter Judy Lee Jenkins; sister, Ola Belle (Frank) Vaughan; brother, Johnny (Faye) Jaco all of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, James Rogers, Michael (Tori) Rogers, Anthony Jenkins, Lisa (Branson) Martin, Jeanne and Maxwell Martin; great-grandchildren, Taylor Lynn, Joseph, and Makenna Rogers. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Brother Jimmy Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Rogers was a member of Kingwood Heights Church of Christ. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at WOODFIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL. 893-5151.
