Elsie Jane Bean Earp age 86 of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday March 10, 2015. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Demas and Sophia Benson Bean. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James H. Earp, sister, Mary Jones, and a niece, Linda Phillips. Mrs. Earp is survived by two sisters, Dot Ghee and Hazel Guthrie both of Murfreesboro, 7 nieces and nephews, 14 great-nieces and nephews, and 15 great-great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Earp was of the Methodist Faith. Visitation will be 10:00am until time of service at 1:00pm Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Pastor David Martin and Reverend John Purdue will officiate.
