ELOISE LONG HARTSFIELD, age 97, formerly of Norfolk, VA, died Thursday, June 09, 2011. She was a resident of Community Care of Rutherford County, Murfreesboro, TN. She was a native of Norfolk, VA and the daughter of the late Samuel and Maud Everett Long, Sr. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Paul J. Bell and Tim Hartsfield, four brothers, and one sister. Funeral service will be 1:00pm Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Dr. Dean Sisk and Rev. Richard Egnor will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk, VA. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John and Lu Long of Murfreesboro, TN, sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Nelson Prince of Clarksville, IN; numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hartsfield was retired from the Bank of America where she worked as an officer for many years.
