Ellen Pullias, age 83 of Murfreesboro, died Tuesday, March 1, 2016. She was a native of Nashville and a daughter of the late Duncan and Leila Butterfield.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, John Pullias; children, John Gray Pullias and wife Carolyn of Walland, TN, Martin Pullias of Murfreesboro, Jane Herring and husband James of Murfreesboro, Mitch Pullias and wife Jennifer of Lascassas; grandchildren, Thomas Pullias of Walland, Jacob Herring of Del Ray Beach, FL, Gray, Emma and Reed Pullias, all of Lascassas; one great grandchild, Brantley; and a sister, Jane Ritter of Nashville.

Mrs. Pullias was a 46 year member of North Boulevard Church of Christ and a homemaker.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of memorial services beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. David Young will officiate.
